Engineer Amir Shojareh, the founder of Pars TV, had over ten years of experience in radio and national television in Iran before immigrating to the United States, where he worked as a technical engineer and communication sciences expert.

Pars TV, with its team of professional and educated program producers, delivers a variety of content, including news and talk shows, music concerts, sitcoms, movies, variety shows, sports, entertainment, mini-series, drama, music videos, red carpet events, and children's programs. The channel broadcasts 24 hours a day and is available globally through satellite in North America, Europe, North Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the Far East, and the Middle East. Pars TV is the only Persian channel in New Zealand and Australia. The world headquarters and production facilities are based in Los Angeles, California, with satellite offices in New York, Vancouver, London, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, and Sydney.
