Texas : فیلم تگزاس : revolves around two friends, Bahram (played by Pejman Jamshidi) and Sasan (played by Sam Derakhshani). Sasan lives in Brazil, and Bahram dreams of relocating there. To make this dream a reality, Bahram decides to adopt a Brazilian child named Daniel, whose mother is named Lara. In exchange, Bahram plans to give Sasan a large sum of money.

Meanwhile, Sasan's fiancée, Alice (Gabriela Petry), is entangled in a dangerous situation. Her brother owes a substantial debt to a notorious gangster named Carlos, who insists on marrying Alice to settle the debt. Sasan, planning to use Bahram's money to clear the debt, faces a dilemma when he discovers that Bahram is broke.

In an unexpected twist, Bahram wins a $1 million prize in a baby diaper lottery. However, after accidentally hitting football legend Pelé, Bahram becomes a fugitive, pursued by both the Brazilian police and Carlos's men.

As the situation escalates, Carlos's gang kidnaps Alice. Desperate to save her, Bahram and Sasan turn to Uncle Houshang, also known as Houshang the Samurai (played by Hamid Farrokhnezhad), for help. The group eventually travels to the island of Texas to rescue Alice, but they get caught themselves. In the end, Uncle Houshang alerts the police, leading to Carlos's arrest. The group decides to return to Iran, with Bahram claiming his grand prize. However, the story doesn't end there, as Carlos plans to follow them to Tehran.
