Shahram Abdoli | شهرام عبدلی

Shahram Abdoli was an esteemed Iranian actor known primarily for his work in television, although he appeared less frequently in cinematic works. He was born on May 19, 1976, into a Turkish-speaking family in Tehran. Abdoli grew up with one sister and one brother in the Qaleh-Morgi area before moving to the Ekbatan district during his adolescence. His interest in acting sparked early, as he participated in his school's theater group from the first grade and performed in school plays annually. He graduated with a degree in Literature. Shahram Abdoli's wife, Salomeh Shahrokhi, is also an actress, and they had two sons.

Abdoli began his acting career in 1999 as a guest actor in the television series "Hamsafar," directed by Ghasem Jafari. However, it was his role in the 2001-2002 TV series "Khat-e Ghermez" (Red Line), also directed by Ghasem Jafari, where he played an antagonist, that catapulted him to widespread fame. According to Jafari, during the filming of his character's death scene, Abdoli refused to shoot the scene and locked himself in a room for two days, insisting that his character should remain until the end of the story and not be killed off early. His first cinematic appearance was in the film "A Girl in the Cage."
