Sara Rasoulzadeh, born on September 8, 1989, in Tehran, is an Iranian actress and television host known for her engaging presence in the entertainment industry. Of Tabrizi origin, she has made a significant mark with her performances and hosting. She holds a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran and has pursued further education in directing to align with her interests in the cinematic field.

Sara was born into a family of six, with two sisters and a brother. Her father encouraged her to prioritize sports, while her mother emphasized the importance of academic advancement and achieving higher educational levels.

From an early age, Sara was drawn to theater. During her school years, she was active in theatrical activities at the Children's Intellectual Development Center, where she spent a decade performing puppet theater and received an award for best puppeteer. Additionally, during these years, she won an award for best actress in student theater.

Sara's television debut was in 2009 with the children's program "Termeh Talai," directed by Mohammadreza Heidari, where she played the role of a host and actress. Following this, she hosted the live show "Aftabgardan" for the adolescent group on Channel Two.

In 2014, Sara appeared in the TV series "Parde Neshin," directed by Behrouz Shoeibi. Her hard work in the field of cinema and television continued, and in 2016, she starred in the series "Asheghaneh," directed by Manouchehr Hadi, which stands as a significant milestone in her career.

Despite her success, Sara Rasoulzadeh has not undergone formal academic training in acting. Her only formal training comes from participating in workshops led by the renowned Ali Rafiei. She also credits Aida Karimi, a former high school teacher, as her only mentor before Rafiei. Sara Rasoulzadeh's dedication and natural talent have solidified her status as a prominent figure in Iranian theater, television, and cinema.
