Niousha Zeighami, born on July 9, 1980, is an Iranian actress. She began her career in 2003 and has been nominated for the Crystal Simorgh Award at the Fajr Film Festival for her roles in "Shorideh" (2004) and "Hidden Sense" (2006).

Zeyghami was born in Tehran. Her father, Mohsen Zeyghami, was a teacher, and her mother, Fahimeh Rostampour, is a retired employee who also has acting experience in the film "Chaarsoo." She holds a diploma in architecture but chose to pursue a degree in child psychology at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. Despite parental opposition, she ventured into acting, eventually winning her father's approval through her success in the field.

Zeyghami honed her acting skills at the Young Cinema Society's acting classes in Tehran. Her debut role came in the historical series "Cheshm-e-Baad," where she portrayed a village girl from northern Iran. She then starred in her first cinematic experience in the film "Tardast," directed by Mohammad-Ali Sajjadi. This collaboration led to her role in "Shorideh," for which she received a Crystal Simorgh nomination at the 24th Fajr Film Festival, competing alongside renowned actors like Hedyeh Tehrani.
