Her journey into the world of professional acting began in 1992 with theater and transitioned to cinema in 1996 with her role in "The Secret of Mina" directed by Abbas Rafaie.

Zanganeh, who holds a bachelor's degree in theater from the University of Tehran, has also completed a painting course, reflecting her multifaceted artistic talents. Discovered by Amin Tarokh in 1992, her career was further shaped by the artistic guidance and advice of Mohammad Ali Keshavarz and Soraya Ghasemi, leading her into the realms of television and cinema.

During her university years, Zanganeh participated in several plays including "Paranoia," "Yadegar," and "Khal Khalie" (a puppet show), as well as in the student short film "Konj Tanhaei."
